One of the many benefits of yoga is balance, and we’re not just talking about standing on one leg! Our Blissed-Out Yin Yoga class is a beautiful way to balance your dynamic movement practice. Slow and low, Yin Yoga is a quiet practice with a series of long, slow SEATED postures that target the connective tissues and are typically held from 1-5 minutes to allow the skeletal system to loosen, lengthen, and stretch deeper. Coupled with a short meditation, this class also serves as a nervous system reboot to encourage mental and emotional wellbeing. Welcome balance back into your life!
Flow & Let Go
If you’re not sure where to begin, why not get the best of both worlds? The Flow & Let Go class is the perfect introduction for students curious about Vinyasa Flow and/or Yin Yoga. This class is also ideal for anybody that needs a rejuvenating boost of energy. The Vinyasa Flow portion of class chases away fatigue, while the "Let Go" portion peels back the layers so you can find the vibe you’ve been looking for. (Room is warm, but not hot)
