This is a vigorous, flowing, vinyasa-style practice. Postures are linked together with rhyme and reason - in a dynamic, sequence designed to cultivate heat, stamina, flexibility, and strength. This practice will also help you manage your emotions and stress in a healthier way. Every session is unique.
Options are offered for experienced yogis and modifications for those that want to dial down the postures.
Slow Flow
We know it’s a busy world out there, and it can be tempting to skip out on slowing down. Slow Flow class creates a grounding space where you’ll hold and breathe through challenging poses in a powerful yet calming practice. This sweet, sweaty class provides you with the time and instruction needed to explore the many ways yoga props can provide support in various poses. This yogic blend of effort and ease is open to all yoga practitioners, including maturing yogis and those working with injuries.
Flow & Let Go
If you’re not sure where to begin, why not get the best of both worlds? The Flow & Let Go class is the perfect introduction for students curious about Vinyasa Flow and/or Yin Yoga. This class is also ideal for anybody that needs a rejuvenating boost of energy. The Vinyasa Flow portion of class chases away fatigue, while the "Let Go" portion peels back the layers so you can find the vibe you’ve been looking for. (Room is warm, but not hot)
Soulful Flow
A Bhakti (devotion) Infused Vinyasa Flow based practice ending with a sprinkle of yin/restorative yoga all accompanied by music,(probably some singing) and a super sweet savasana. Be inspired and BE IN SPIRIT!
(not heated, but be prepared to sweat)
Happy Hour Flow
Our version of a Happy Hour! Top off your week with yoga designed to help you let loose and unwind. This lightly heated class is a vigorous one-hour vinyasa flow, with options for all levels. (Infrared Heaters)
Hot Vinyasa Flow
This Hot Flow is an infrared heated, vigorous vinyasa flow yoga practice. Temperature is approximately 90-95 degrees. Postures are linked together with rhyme and reason in a dynamic, sequence designed to cultivate heat, stamina, flexibility, and strength. This practice will also help you manage your emotions and stress in a healthier way. Every session is unique.
Modifications and options for students of all levels.

Power Lunch Flow
This is a strong powerful, vinyasa-style practice. Postures are linked together with rhyme and reason - in a dynamic, sequence designed to cultivate heat, stamina, flexibility, and strength. This practice will also help you manage your emotions and stress in a healthier way. Every session is unique.
Options are offered for experienced yogis and modifications for those that want to dial down the postures. Not recommended for brand new/first-time yogis; Vinyasa Flow 1, Yoga Basics or Hot Beginner Yoga on our schedule prepares you for this class. This class uses Infrared Heaters. Temperature will be around 90-95.
